	Kevin Beeston Non-executive Chairman Kevin Beeston joined the Board as non-executive Chairman on 30 January 2008. Kevin was formerly the Chairman of Serco Group plc from 2002 to May 2010, having previously served as Serco Group's Chief Executive and Finance Director. In addition, Kevin is the Non-executive Chairman of Taylor Wimpey plc and Partnerships in Care and is also a Non-executive director of IMI plc and Equiniti Group Limited.
	John Pearmund Executive Director, Group Chief Executive John Pearmund joined the Group as Chief Executive Officer in 2004. A qualified accountant, prior to joining Domestic & General John was Chief Executive of the Wine Society, a mutual serving its membership with wines and spirits by mail order. John had previously been Chief Executive of Freemans PLC, a catalogue home shopping company selling fashion and home products.
	Ken Wilson Executive Director, Managing Director Ken joined Domestic & General in 1986 and was promoted to the main Board in 1999. A chartered insurer, he has been the Managing Director of our warranty division since July 2002 and has overseen the Group's warranty development in both in the UK and International markets. Ken's background is in Sales and Marketing and he was previously with Commercial Union.
	Paul Lee Executive Director, Group Finance Director Paul Lee joined the Domestic & General Group in March 2007. He was previously Deputy Chief Financial Officer of Enodis PLC, a FTSE 250 engineering company. Paul is a chartered accountant and an Associate of the Institute of Taxation. He trained with Arthur Andersen, including time in their tax practice. His early commercial experience was at Peek PLC, a UK listed electronics company, and Ocean Group PLC, the logistics business, where he obtained operational experience in Europe.
	Mark Berryman Executive Director, Group Marketing Director Mark Berryman joined Domestic & General in January 1999 and progressed rapidly through a number of sales and marketing roles before being appointed as Commercial Director in October 2006 at the age of 29. Mark was appointed Marketing & Commercial Director in January 2009 and Group Marketing Director in December 2010. He was promoted to the main Board on 1st September 2011. Mark is a Chartered Insurer and a member of the Chartered Insurance Institute.
	Ron Sheldon Non-Executive Director Ron Sheldon joined the Board of the Company on 23 November 2007 following the acquisition of the Domestic & General Group by Advent International Corporation. Ron joined Advent in 1992 from Trinity Venture Partners, a venture capital advisory firm he co-founded in 1984. Prior to that he spent 12 years with 3i, focusing on technology-related investments, having qualified with Tansley Witt. Ron has over 30 years of private equity experience, and for five years, served as a member of the British Venture Capital Association.
	John Singer Non-Executive Director John Singer became a director on 16 August 2007. He has more than 23 years of private equity experience and has served as Chairman of the European Venture Capital Association. Prior to joining Advent International, John was Managing Director of Granville Europe AG, a subsidiary of investment bank, Granville Holdings. John has led transactions primarily in the business services and media sectors.
	Debbie Hewitt Independent Non-Executive Director Debbie Hewitt joined the Board on 2 April 2008. Debbie has held a variety of operational, HR and general management roles with Marks and Spencer and RAC. She is a former Managing Director of RAC plc and was a non-executive director of Mouchel Group plc (consulting and business services group). Debbie is a non-executive director of NCC Group plc (information technology group), H.R. Owen plc (prestige car dealerships), HPI Limited (vehicle information business) and is an independent non-executive Chairman of Moss Bros Group plc (menswear retail).
