Fast growing Virgin Holidays has enlisted Inkfish Call Centres Limited to help meet call demands for its Florida and Caribbean destinations. Virgin Holidays, which is the UK market leader in USA and Florida holidays, now has one of the most extensive collections of high quality destinations in the Caribbean and Florida.
A team of Inkfish advisors will be spending educational visits to the destinations in early December, following on from a month-long training programme run in conjunction with Virgin Holidays' own training team.
'We were aware that Inkfish had a huge amount of travel knowledge in their Brighton call centre and were keen to take advantage of this, ' explains Stewart Baird, Sales and Operations Director of Virgin Holidays. 'They also could prove to us that they can reflect our own brand values which is crucial in presenting a seamless service to our customers.
'Advisers will be answering queries about the destinations and taking bookings. Call monitoring and quality assurance will be carried out on each and every customer contact.'
