Inkfish services creates new jobs in Coventry area

22 September 2005

Fast growing specialist mailing house and fulfilment company Inkfish Services is recruiting 20 new employees to work at its mailing base in Coventry. It already employs 120 staff and has a further base in Burnley and three call centres in Brighton, Slough and Nottingham.

The reason for its rapid expansion is a response to increasing demand from customers and it has just taken delivery of the UK’s first highlight colour duplex printer – the Oce VarioStream 9220. This ground-breaking machine enables Inkfish Services to offer its customers a colour option within high volume printing, providing increased flexibility for colour work. In addition, the high performance printer can be teamed with a variety of pre and post- processing equipment.

The new recruits will be offered a full in-house training package leading to print qualifications.

Steve Garbett, Chief Operating Officer, Inkfish Services, commented: "We are very excited about this new expansion, and the introduction of the Oce Variostream 9220 into our production line. Inkfish Services has long realised the importance of offering a wide range of flexibility at competitive costs. We know that we will attract a lot of new business and we need these new staff to help us meet our customers’ needs."
