Domestic & General are delighted to announce that, for the second year running, BSH Customer Service have won our highly-regarded Total Excellence and Quality (TEQ) Award.
BSH are responsible for the care of Bosch, Siemens, Gaggenau and Neff home appliance brands, and were closely followed in second and third place by Electrolux Service Force and Indesit (Hotpoint) respectively.
The TEQ Awards, now in their 13th year, are widely credited as driving improved service standards throughout the repair industry. They provide a unique insight into customer care within the sector, by looking at the complete repair process from the politeness of the initial call handling through to the efficiency and courtesy of the repair engineers.
The awards are based on feedback from over 425,000 questionnaires distributed by Domestic & General - the UK's largest specialist provider of warranty services and product protection plans for domestic appliances, electronic equipment and gas central heating systems.
Lawrence Harrison, Service Director at Domestic & General said, "We are proud and delighted to recognise the excellent customer service provided by BSH, their standards of professionalism, knowledge and courtesy are outstanding, and alongside runners-up Electrolux and Indesit ( Hotpoint), are making a vital contribution to the ever increasing levels of consumer satisfaction within our industry."
BSH Customer Service Director Bernard Vocke said, "This is good news for our customers, but it is also very reassuring for all of our dealers. When they sell a Bosch, Siemens, Gaggenau or Neff appliance, they can be confident that their customer will receive the best customer service in the industry."
