Domestic & General Completes Appointments of International Management Team

Domestic & General, the leading provider of warranty services, has appointed Michael Cacciatore as Country Manager for Italy and France to complete the new management team driving its successful expansion into key European markets.

In addition to its main UK operations, Domestic & General operates in ten international markets, and has offices in Germany, France, Spain and Australia. International sales currently comprise of 22% of the group's total sales and these appointments will help further develop business in these countries.

Michael joins from BenQ Italy where he was International Business Development Manager for Southern Europe, and Country Manager for BenQ France. He has held a number of strategic consultancy roles, including at Andersen Consulting, Acer Italy and Fujitsu Siemans.

Michael will be working alongside Carlos Bermudez, who joins as Country Manager for Germany. Originally from Venezuela, he holds an MBA from the Wharton School of Business in Philadelphia and was previously Managing Director for Panasonic in Spain. He has also held senior executive positions at Procter & Gamble across Europe and the US.

Fernando Vinuales Colomina becomes Country Manager in Spain after progressing through a number of management roles within the company, and Tracy Naughton has been appointed to manage the growing Australian operations. She was most recently Chief Operating Officer of Domestic & General's contact centre business.
