Domestic & General and The Baxi Group Announce Partnership Extension

Domestic & General, the leading provider of warranty services and product protection, and The Baxi Group have signed a contract extension for an additional three years.

The Baxi Group is one of Europe's leading manufacturers and suppliers of high quality, reliable, branded heating systems and services, owning some of the industry's most widely trusted names, including Potterton, Valor, MegaFlow and Ideal Standard. Under the terms of the three year contract, Domestic & General will provide and administer the Baxi Group's entire range of warranty services.

This new contract reflects the success of our partnership, which every year sees 140,000 protection plans sold. Domestic & General receive in the region of 50,000 calls annually, organising 60,000 call outs.
