Domestic & General, the leading provider of warranty services, is delighted to announce that it has reached the milestone of 50,000 sales in Spain as a result of its highly successful partnership with Electrolux.
This is the first time that this milestone has been reached outside of the UK, and is a reflection of the trust that Spanish customers place in both companies. Domestic & General has been providing Electrolux customers with warranty and product protection for over ten years, and customer satisfaction has been consistently high during this time. Especially successful has been the Repair +1 plan, which was launched three years ago and enables customers who are out of the original warranty period to repair their faulty equipment and also receive a year's additional protection against breakdown.
Fernando Vinuales Colomina, Head of Operations, Spain commented: 'This is a really fantastic achievement, which has been made possible only by the dedication and close collaboration between Domestic & General and Electrolux, which we look forward to continuing long into the future.'
