Domestic & General has been chosen by kitchen and bathroom parts specialist Bristan to supply and administer its new range of extended warranty products.
Marketed under the BristanCare banner, the company will offer 2-year and 5-year extended warranties on its class leading range of power, mixer and electric showers. Repair and service calls will be routed directly to Bristan's nationwide network of dedicated engineers.
As part of the five year agreement, customers will also be offered Domestic & General's innovative Repair + 1 scheme on all Bristan products. This scheme allows customers who have not purchased a traditional extended warranty to pay a simple fixed fee for a repair should the product go wrong outside of the statutory guarantee period. In addition, Repair +1 customers receive the full benefits of a one year BristanCare service plan following the repair.
Customer Service Operations Manager, Bill Wilson commented: "Customer service is central to our operations at Bristan and we already have a number of initiatives in place to ensure that the customer has a positive experience throughout their journey with us.
