About the job:

As part of a team of administrators you will be responsible for co-ordinating requests for print work from different areas of the company thus ensuring that print deadlines are met. This will be achieved through logging new requests for artwork and distributing to the correct department; chasing up proof reading internal departments; and updating reports.

All artwork must be signed off to the highest standards ensuring that they are legal and compliant and no areas of the business will be impacted by its implementation.


Tasks:
  • Administering the proof reading process
  • Actively chasing printing jobs for sign off
  • Checking requirements for all artwork requests incorporating updates where necessary
  • Ensuring all artwork is completed to the compliance guidelines as set by the business
  • Managing artwork requests according to timeframes set
  • Update and maintain all internal systems to ensure mailing campaigns are set up correctly and on time
  • Ensuring all artwork is signed off in-line with the Internal Controls procedures
  • Updating reports
  • Inputting data onto spreadsheets
  • Resolving design and printing queries
  • Assisting in the implementation of artwork related projects
  • Filing
  • General ad hoc administration
  • Understanding and working with many different areas of the group, especially the Design Team and the Mailing House.

Experience Needed:

Good word processing skills and knowledge of spreadsheets are preferable although training will be given.


Qualifications:

Educated to A-level standard, it is essential that the candidate has a good command of the English language.
