About the job:
Working within one of our Sales or Technical support teams you'll be taking incoming calls on a campaign, and will look for opportunities to develop sales leads, or provide technical advice and guidance on equipment such as DVD players.


Tasks:

A Contact Centre Agent role will require you to take incoming calls and work on outbound contracts when required. Adherence to sales targets, attendance and call quality are included in this role.


Experience Needed:

It takes all kinds of skills and personal qualities to be a Sales or Technical Advisor. You must have sales experience or technical ability - a positive approach, excellent listening and questioning skills and a good telephone manner. Our training is exceptional and we will provide you with all the support you need to succeed. You will be joining a team that believes excellence in sales and technical support can best be achieved by a focused, happy set of individuals all pulling in the same direction.
